You could write her a poem. Or… here is a great collection of short poems you could include.
Looking for short mothers day poems to write in a card? Tell your mom how much you love her with one of these cute happy mothers day poems. Your mom is special, so look through these poems for mothers day and find one that’s just right for her!
I personally think it’s best to take the time to write your own note. If you want to write something special think about all the reasons you are grateful for your Mom. Tell her how you appreciate how much time she spent reading to you as child. How you love her Taco Tuesday recipes and gathering as a family. Tell her how you remember that time when she lifted you up when you had fallen down. Whether physically or emotionally, it doesn’t matter. Just tell her that you appreciate her. In whatever ways she is special, let her know you notice them.
You could comment on her personality. Let her know that you appreciate how generous and selfless she is. How you love her sense of humor. Share an inside joke. Tell her something she taught you that you will always remember.
It doesn’t need to be long to be from the heart. All you really want to say is that you love her for being her. Your Mom. The only one you will ever have and that you wouldn’t want to trade her for the world.
