Electric Dragster from Middlesex University
Our Homeschool Project This Week
This week we decided to use a kit for our homeschool project. I found this one on Amazon and knew it was something T would love. He is a car man after all. It was only around $10.00 and had great reviews. With Amazon Prime, I got free shipping and had it in two days.
This electronic dragster kit has everything you need except a small Phillips head screwdriver and two AAA batteries. T had no trouble with the assembly and really enjoyed putting this together. The directions were thorough and the illustrations were helpful.
We had it together in no time and he needed zero assistance from me. We were excited to see if it would go. Boy, did it go! It’s a fast little dragster and survived a few crashes into the couch and even a door. He has been playing with it for a while and his interest doesn’t seem to be going anywhere. He has had fun timing its speed on several different surfaces. It flies the fastest on our hardwood floors.
This Electric Dragster Kit was an excellent addition to our Friday Funday schedule. He was thrilled when I revealed it! Do you have a favorite affordable homeschool project that your kids loved? Yes? Please share with us in the comments below. We are always looking for something fun to build. Your recommendations are appreciated!
