Snow Globe Quotes and Sayings
Great Quotes About Snow
Who doesn’t love a great snow globe quote or saying? I love snow globes! I always have. When I was a kid my Mom had a beautiful collection of snowglobes and they were my favorite of the Christmas decorations. Don’t me get wrong, I absolutely adore a Christmas tree. But those are all, look but don’t touch!
Not a snow globe though. A good snow globe invites you to give it a little shake and even rewards your effort with glistening snow. If it’s an extra awesome snow globe, you can also turn the little key underneath and it will sing to you. I love them, all glittery and sparkling. Also, I think my addiction to quotes may have first begun when I turned over a snow globe one day and read, “Kindness is like snow –it beautifies everything it covers.” These quotes and sayings are almost as lovely as the globe itself.

Snow Globe Sayings About Snowflakes

“A snowflake is one of God’s most fragile creations, but look what they can do when they stick together!” – Unknown
“Silently, like thoughts that come and go, the snowflakes fall, each one a gem.” – William Hamilton Gibson
Snow Globe Quotes About The Power of Snow
“I love snow for the same reason I love Christmas. It brings people together while time stands still.” – Rachel Cohn
“How many lessons of faith and beauty we should lose if there were no winter in our year!” – Thomas Wentworth Higginson
“Snow brings a special quality with it—the power to stop life as you know it dead in its tracks.” – Nancy Hatch Woodward
“Kindness is like snow—it beautifies everything it covers.” – Kahlil Gibran
Winter Quotes and Sayings About The First Snow Fall
“The first fall of snow is not only an event, it is a magical event. You go to bed in one kind of a world and wake up in another quite different.” – J.B. Priestley
“Thank goodness for the first snow, it was a reminder — no matter how old you became and how much you’d seen, things could still be new if you were willing to believe they still mattered.” —Candace Bushnell
“I wonder if the snow loves the trees and fields, that it kisses them so gently? And then it covers them up snug, you know, with a white quilt; and perhaps it says ‘Go to sleep, darlings, till the summer comes again.’ And when they wake up in the summer, Kitty, they dress themselves all in green and dance about – whenever the wind blows.” – Lewis Carroll, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass
Who is in the mood for some snow now? This morning I saw a snowflake right there on my weather map and if it sticks to Tuesday my Christmas tree goes up early. We have a deal that we wait until Thanksgiving Night to put up the tree unless snow comes first. So I have my fingers crossed! Do you love snow as much as I do?

You can see it in your mind, can’t you? Scrooge has survived the night and he is finally seeing clearly. Christmas morning has arrived in all if its brilliance. Scrooge rushes, giddy and overflowing with love and hope, straight to the house of Bob Cratchit and he is hauling a load of Christmas goodies. Once there he finds Bob’s family, including the sweetest of them all, precious Tiny Tim. The scene unfolds as the whole story of A Christmas Carol concludes, with the tenderest and most powerful words a Christmas story has ever uttered… “God bless us, everyone.” From the mouths of babes, Y’all. Yup. That’s Christmas. True Christmas.
